WELCOME TO THE MINDFUL BABES PODCAST!
Meet your podcast hosts, Jessica Hutto and Valerie Adams. We are so glad you stumbled upon us, you are here for a reason!
Why did we start a podcast?
For starters, we are two women in VERY different seasons of life.
Jessica is 38 a mother of two, wife, Registered Nurse, Spiritual and Mindset coach, Kundalini Yoga enthusiast, unpaid Uber driver for her children, and the world’s coolest PTA mother
Valerie is 28, works in a full-time corporate job, is a Mindset and Empowerment Coach, proud Chihuahua owner, lifestyle entrepreneur, single lady, yoga lover, and considers sitting on the couch watching Sex and The City for the 45,345th time an ideal evening.
What we both have in common is that we have suffered from major anxiety, living life for other people, self-sabotaging our success, putting our own self-care on the back burner, and playing small.
Learning about mindfulness and implementing it into our daily lives has changed EVERYTHING.
